ROCHESTER, Oct. 6 — Carestream’s DRX family of wireless detectors earned the top ranking in MD Buyline’s Third Quarter 2011 User Satisfaction Report on DR systems. Users gave the DRX systems the highest rating for five of the six categories in the report, which includes 11 digital radiography suppliers.
In addition to complimenting the flexibility offered by the wireless detector, users reported Carestream’s DRX detector produces “outstanding images” and “greatly enhances technologist productivity.” Users commended DRX systems and DRX detectors for “excellent uptime levels” while ranking Carestream as a leader in ease of installation, training, and responsive service and repair.
The MD Buyline report includes user ratings in the following categories: performance, reliability, installation/implementation, applications training, service response time and service repair quality. Each quarter MD Buyline analysts survey healthcare customers across the U.S. in more than a dozen product areas to produce a report that contains a ranking of suppliers.
